Service Description

Engine and Mechanical Components 1. Change engine oil and filter. 2. Inspect air filters - Replacing fuel filters, and cabin filters (added cost) 3. Check and top off all fluid levels 4. Inspect belts and hoses for wear and proper tension. 5. Test the batteries and charging system. 6. Check Windshield Wipers 7. Check tires for proper condition and pressure. 8. Check and Lubricate Tire Chains (if applicable) 9. Check Fuel System 10. Check Coolant System - Coolant flush is additional cost Brake System 1. Inspect brake pads, rotors, and brake lines for wear and damage. 2. Check brake fluid level and condition (for air brakes, check for leaks and perform leak down testing). 3. Test parking brake for proper function. Suspension and Steering 1. Inspect shocks, struts, and springs for wear and condition. 2. Check steering components and alignment. 3. Lubricate suspension and steering components as needed. 4. Check frame rail condition. Electrical System 1. Inspect and test all exterior and interior lights, including head lights and taillights. 2. Test and maintain the unit’s electrical system under a load; includes batteries, alternator and inverter. HVAC System 1. Inspect ambulance rear air filters - Replacement is added cost 3. Test heating and air conditioning systems for proper operation - AC Recharge is added cost Transmission and Drivetrain 1. Check transmission fluid level and condition. 2. Inspect driveshaft, CV joints, and U-joints. 3. Interior and Exterior 4. Inspect seating, flooring, and storage compartments. 5. Check exterior body panels for damage and corrosion. 6. Test and Lubricate door hinges, windows, latches and locks. 7. Lubricate rear flip-up step Emergency Equipment 1. Inspect and test stretcher lift systems or manual stretcher locks. 2. Test emergency lighting. 3. Test siren, speakers and other warning devices. 4. Check suction system for proper operation 5. Check Oxygen mounts and lifts for proper function 6. Check Oxygen system for leaks Safety Equipment 1. Inspect seat belts and ensure proper function. 2. Verify no supplemental restraint device (air bag) lights are illuminated. 3. Verify ABS is functioning as designed. 4. Check back-up alarm and camera Leaks and Exhaust System 1. Inspect the underside of the unit for excessive leaks. 2. Check exhaust system for leaks, rust, and damage. 3. Check door weatherstrips and window seals Road Test 1. Conduct road test to assess units overall performance Clean 1. Exterior Washed 2.
